Nancy Kartos is an associate in the firm’s Business Group, where she focuses her practice on middle‑market mergers and acquisitions and complex debt financing transactions. She represents private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, corporate borrowers, and financial institutions across the full lifecycle of transactional matters, including platform acquisitions, add‑on acquisitions, refinancings, restructurings, and exit transactions.
Nancy has experience advising clients on both the acquisition and financing side of transactions, allowing her to provide integrated, commercially grounded advice. Her practice includes representing borrowers and sponsors in senior secured, asset‑based, mezzanine, and subordinated financings, as well as representing agents and lenders in syndicated and non‑syndicated credit facilities. She regularly works on transactions involving term loans, revolving credit facilities, delayed draw facilities, acquisition financings, and refinancings, ranging from lower‑middle‑market transactions to large, multi‑lender facilities. Additionally, Nancy supports family offices on their strategic transactions and investments.
