Ice Miller partner Catherine Strauss was featured in The Columbus Dispatch article, "YWCA Columbus announces new Women of Achievement. Meet the 2026 class."

YWCA Columbus announced its 2026 Women of Achievement class, building on more than 40 years of empowerment and inclusion.

Here's the 2026 class: Janelle N. Coleman, Dr. Deepa Halaharvi, Tauana McDonald, Letha Pugh, Molly Rampe Thomas and Catherine Strauss.

Strauss said receiving the award is an "honor of a lifetime." Like each of the other honorees, she said she was surprised when she got the call.

"I was speechless! And for those who know me well know how rare that is," she said.

". . . When I think of this award, it inspires me to do more, think wider, broader and bigger, and continue to be inspired and, hopefully, inspiring."
