Ice Miller’s Columbus office managing partner Catherine Strauss has been named an honoree in the Trailblazer category for Columbus Business First’s (CBF) Women of Influence Class of 2024. In its second year, the awards recognize women in the business community who make an impact on their organizations, bettering the community by giving back, and helping foster the next generation of leaders by acting as advisers and mentors.

Strauss is a dynamic leader with broad experience in labor and employment law. She is a counselor and advocate for employers with workforces in Ohio and across the United States and has specific experience with federal and Ohio administrative and regulatory processes. She traverses federal and state-regulated labor laws and provides guidance to help clients navigate in legal proceedings, preferring sensible outcomes based on a deep knowledge of the law and common-sense judgment.

Honorees will be recognized at a special awards celebration on July 23 at the Hilton Columbus Downtown, and highlighted in a special section of Columbus Business First on July 26.
