Ice Miller Announces New Board Members and Practice Group Leadership

Ice Miller is pleased to announce four new additions to the firm’s Board of Directors, elected by the partnership to serve a four-year term. The board members will work with the leadership and executive teams on several new initiatives that will foster innovation throughout the firm and continue to strengthen client relationships.

Christopher Bordoni is a partner in the firm’s Business Group and based in New York, where he focuses his practice on advising institutional lenders, private credit funds, sponsors, and corporate borrowers on a wide range of transactions.

Rob Ouellette is a partner in the Business Group and focuses his practice on complex corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, particularly private equity investments and transactions, and a range of financing transactions.

Nick Reuhs is a partner in Ice Miller’s Litigation Group where he concentrates his practice on insurance coverage disputes, risk management, legal ethics and general business litigation.

Kathleen Sheil Scheidt is a partner in Ice Miller’s Workplace Solutions Group and counsels public, private, and not-for-profit employers in all aspects of employee benefits and executive compensation.

Ice Miller is also pleased to announce the following practice group leadership changes, effective January 1:

Tom Pampush has assumed the role of Chair of Ice Miller’s Business group. Pampush focuses his practice on complex corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial matters.

Matt Ehinger has stepped in to serve as Vice Chair of the Business group. His practice includes advising clients on a variety of tax matters, including federal and state tax planning, compliance and controversy, as well as guidance on international tax matters.

Similarly, Ryan Poor has assumed the role as Chair of the firm’s Workplace Solutions practice group. Poor works directly with human resources and safety professionals, in-house counsel, and corporate officers to solve tough workplace problems, develop positive employee relations, deal with unexpected crises, and prevent unnecessary litigation.
