Ice Miller Associate Chuck Niblick Featured in IndyBar Record for Community Service
Ice Miller is proud to share that Chuck Niblick, associate in our Litigation Group, was recently featured in the IndyBar Record Spring 2026 issue for his ongoing work with Circle City Mutual Aid, a grassroots effort focused on meeting immediate, everyday needs in Indianapolis, and highlighting his hands-on commitment to supporting some of Indianapolis’s most vulnerable neighbors.
Each Sunday from 4 to 6 p.m., Chuck and fellow volunteers organize a weekly “survival share” at the southeast corner of Meridian and St. Clair. The team distributes essential items—including bus passes secured through a grant, hygiene supplies, toilet paper, harm reduction supplies, and survival kits—helping provide practical support and a greater sense of dignity to community members who need it most. The effort is coordinated in collaboration with Food Not Bombs, a collective which distributes warm meals each week.
Chuck and his spouse first connected with Circle City Mutual Aid in December 2022 after becoming concerned about proposed local ordinances that could make it more difficult for individuals to share resources or provide meals in public spaces. Since then, the group’s “take what you need, leave what you can” model has helped foster an inclusive community atmosphere—one grounded in consistency, respect, and showing up week after week.
Congratulations to Chuck Niblick on this meaningful recognition—and thank you for the impact you’re making in the Indianapolis community!
