Ice Miller congratulates Charles Bush on being named a 2025 Indy’s Best & Brightest finalist. Indy’s Best and Brightest is an awards program created by Junior Achievement of Central Indiana to acknowledge outstanding young professionals and leaders who are excellent role models in our community.

Bush, a finalist in the Law category, is a partner in Ice Miller’s Workplace Solutions Group who concentrates on helping clients avoid disputes in all issues related to labor and employment. He counsels employers in the areas of hiring, promotion, performance evaluation, harassment, leave of absence, wage and hour, reductions in force, discipline and discharge, traditional labor law matters, and National Labor Relations Board administrative matters. He also represents colleges and universities in disputes related to Title IX and matters before the Office for Civil Rights.

He has been recognized by The Indiana Lawyer as a Leadership in Law, Up and Coming Lawyer honoree, a distinction given to those who represent the strength and future of Indiana's legal realm. He was also named to The Indiana Lawyer’s inaugural class of Diversity in Law honorees for his work in dismantling racial and cultural barriers for the next generation. Bush was chosen as a 2024 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellow where he participated in a program that offered professional and personal development opportunities, leadership training, and relationship-building resources with LCLD leadership. He was also selected as a participant in the highly competitive Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership Program Series which seeks to expand the ranks of community leaders by teaching and motivating members to address the needs of Central Indiana. 

In its 21st year, Indy’s Best & Brightest showcases 100 finalists who are judged on the basis of professional accomplishments and leadership qualities. Winners in each category will be announced during the awards program and reception on April 23.
