Ice Miller congratulates Charles Bush II, partner in the firm’s Workplace Solutions Group, on being named winner in the Law category at the 21st Annual Indy’s Best and Brightest, presented by Junior Achievement of Central Indiana.  

Bush counsels employers across the country on a wide range of labor and employment matters. His practice focuses on guiding employers as they navigate complex day-to-day decisions, performing sensitive investigations, assisting clients in the development of effective employee policies and procedures, and when necessary, litigating matters from administrative charges through trial.

He also is a dedicated mentor and community leader, serving on various nonprofit boards and having been recognized by The Indiana Lawyer as a Diversity in Law honoree and a Leadership in Law, Up and Coming Lawyer. Bush was also selected as a 2024 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellow, and as a participant in the highly regarded Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership Program Series.
