Ice Miller was recognized by the Diversity & Flexibility Alliance for its commitment to gender equity as more than half of the firm’s new partners in 2023 and 2024 are women.

The alliance based in Washington, D.C. focuses on diversity and workplace flexibility and collects gender data for their report from publicly available announcements made by firms and other self-reported sources on partner promotions. The report also noted that the share of firms whose partner classes were at least 50 percent women increased by approximately three percent from 2023.
