A.J. Hensel has represented individuals, businesses, and local municipalities in civil litigation, risk mitigation, and policy initiatives, and has in-depth litigation experience in both state and federal courts. He focuses his practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation and business law, OSHA litigation, and trade secret protection/litigation.
A.J. is a dedicated problem-solver who cares and knows how to utilize and leverage all available assets to help clients achieve their goals and objectives. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, as well as a former U.S. Army officer and decorated veteran who was recognized for his exemplary leadership in combat during Operation Iraqi Freedom II, including the Bronze Star and Meritorious Service Medal.
