Daniel Corsaro practices tax law, focusing on mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructurings. Prior to rejoining Ice Miller, Dan served as a tax partner at a Big 4 public accounting firm in its transaction advisory services practice. For several years, Dan was the leader of the tax group in the portion of that practice that served the U.S. Midwest.

Dan has assisted many firms across the country in a variety of corporate restructurings, taxable asset acquisitions, taxable share acquisitions, tax-deferred asset acquisitions, tax-deferred share acquisitions, initial public offerings, management buyouts, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, spin-offs and other strategic alliances and financing transactions. Dan’s experience extends to a variety of industries, including life sciences, consumer products, private equity, insurance, and manufacturing organizations.

Dan graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. He was a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Indiana and earned his juris doctor from The Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
