Greg Touney is a partner with Ice Miller's Real Estate Group, where he advises and represents clients in all areas of real estate transactions. He focuses his practice on acquisitions and dispositions, development projects, leasing and financing, while representing a wide range of clients including developers, investment advisers, real estate investment trusts, public utilities, nonprofit organizations, colleges and universities, and family businesses.
A native of Decatur, Illinois, Greg graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in history. Prior to law school, Greg was an editor with CBS College Sports Online, and also worked at the press desk of the Scripps National Spelling Bee from 2005 to 2008. His article, "Play Like a Champion Today," is included in John Heisler's book "Then Ara Said to Joe...": The Best Notre Dame Football Stories Ever Told.
In 2011, Greg graduated with honors from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where he served on the Sherman Minton Moot Court Executive Board and was an online articles editor with the Indiana Law Journal. During his summers in law school, he worked for the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Indiana Gaming Commission in 2009 and 2010, respectively.
Greg joined Ice Miller in September 2011, and is licensed to practice law in the State of Indiana.
