Jason McNiel advises developers, owners, and investors on complex commercial real estate transactions and disputes, helping clients manage risk and execute projects efficiently through every stage of the real estate lifecycle—from acquisition and development to financing, leasing, and disposition. As a partner in the firm’s Real Estate, Environmental & Energy Law Group, Jason brings a practical, business focused approach to helping clients navigate complex real estate matters in an evolving regulatory environment.
Jason’s transactional practice spans a wide range of asset classes, including office, industrial, multifamily, and retail projects. He regularly represents clients in connection with the acquisition, disposition, development, and redevelopment of commercial properties, as well as commercial leasing and financing transactions. In addition to his transactional work, Jason has substantial experience handling real estate related disputes, including commercial foreclosures, receiverships, eminent domain proceedings, and landlord tenant matters.
