As a partner in the Firm’s Real Estate Group, Jason represents clients in all areas of commercial real estate, including commercial real estate transactions and real estate litigation. His transactional practice focuses on the acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, and financing of office, industrial, multi-family, and retail projects. He also represents clients on real estate-related disputes, including commercial foreclosures, receiverships, eminent domain proceedings, and landlord/tenant actions.



Jason has been a regular speaker on real estate-related topics and also co-authored the Indiana section of the American Bar Association’s “The Law of Eminent Domain” (2012).

Jason received his Bachelor of Science in business administration from Miami University, Ohio in 1998. In 2005, he earned his juris doctorate, magna cum laude, from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.

Prior to law school, Jason worked for a Big Four accounting firm in Columbus, Ohio and served as a small business development volunteer for the United States Peace Corps in Matagalpa, Nicaragua. Jason joined Ice Miller in August 2005.
