Jennifer M. Frasier

Jenny is a partner in the firm’s Business Group. With a focus on middle market companies, her practice concentrates on counseling strategic and financial buyers and sellers on acquisitions and dispositions, in all of their forms. Jenny's transaction experience spans a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, professional services, food and beverage, information technology, and entertainment.

Jenny counsels clients on antitrust considerations related to proposed transactions, including preparing and filing Hart-Scott-Rodino and other merger control filings. She serves as a trusted advisor and outside general counsel to companies, providing guidance on an array of corporate issues, including complex commercial transactions and agreements, day–to–day general corporate and operational matters, corporate governance issues, and fiduciary duties of directors and officers.

Jenny takes a practical approach to matters, developed in part from her experience as corporate counsel for a large company with operations in more than 40 states. With first–hand insight to the challenges businesses face, she provides sound advice on not only the legal issues a business or business owner may encounter, but the practical implications of such issues.
