Paralegal

Julie Whitney is a paralegal for several Ice Miller practice groups. She has extensive experience in complex and class action litigation, including environmental, personal injury, product liability, medical malpractice, insurance, satellite piracy, construction and commercial cases.

Julie has experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including drafting pleadings, preparation of discovery, document reviews and collections, summarization of depositions and medical records, research of companies and worksites for apportionment liability, trial preparation and trial presentation. 

Julie has had the opportunity to work on plaintiff and defense cases at the federal and state levels and arbitration proceedings. She has been involved in project management and in the design and implementation of protocols, workflow processes and databases.
