Maureen A. Maffei

Maureen Maffei is an attorney in Ice Miller’s Workplace Solutions Group, where she routinely counsels employers regarding employee handbooks, employee contracts, separation agreements, FLMA, FLSA, and general personnel issues, including employee investigations and best practices audits.

Maureen has represented private employers in matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Illinois Department of Labor, the Illinois Department of Human Rights, the Illinois Human Rights Commission, and the Illinois Department of Employment Security.
