Samantha Chan

Samantha Chan is a paralegal in Ice Miller’s Intellectual Property Group. She files US and international (PCT) patent applications. Further, she prepares and files appropriate support documents for all phases of domestic and international patent prosecution including responses to office actions, payment of issue fees, article 19/34 amendments and chapter II demands.

Prior to joining Ice Miller, Samantha served as a patent paralegal for other law firms throughout New York.
