Sheila Di Gasper

Sheila Di Gasper is a Senior Counsel in Ice Miller’s Business Group. She advises clients on complex mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, and recapitalizations. Sheila represents clients across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, contract research, healthcare, biotechnology, professional services, education, and financial services.

Based in the firm’s New York office, Sheila also has experience working with architecture, design, and engineering firms, providing guidance on ownership transitions, mergers, and other critical business matters. Her practice also focuses on advising international clients, particularly Japanese companies, on strategic acquisitions and investments in the U.S.
