Tom Mixdorf is a partner in the firm's litigation section. His primary practice area is commercial litigation, including disputes involving supply contracts, antitrust, securities, trade secrets zoning appeals and quiet title actions. He has tried business disputes in state and federal court and has been part of the trial team for many large, document intensive commercial lawsuits.
He is currently the firm's pro bono coordinator and a past chair of the Firm's Professional Development Committee.

- In addition to being the Firm's pro bono coordinator, Tom handles a variety of pro bono matters. He is also on a committee with the Indiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence to create a statewide program that provides access to legal counsel for victims of domestic abuse to address a broad spectrum of individual needs, including family law and creditor's rights counseling.
