Tracy Barnhart is a paralegal in Ice Miller’s Public Finance Group. She brings more than 24 years of experience supporting the firm’s bond section, with deep familiarity in public finance workflows, documentation, and deadlines. Tracy supports attorneys through all stages of public finance matters and serves as a key point of coordination among attorneys, clients, and outside parties to ensure matters progress efficiently.
