Tyler Ochs is a partner in Ice Miller’s Real Estate, Environmental & Energy Law (REEL) group. He represents developers, lenders, investors, and businesses in a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, development projects, and land use and zoning issues. He structures, negotiates, and closes complex real estate transactions and regularly advises clients through all phases of a deal, from due diligence and financing through closing.
Tyler has particular experience with large-scale development projects, including data centers and renewable energy developments. He works with clients to navigate the legal, regulatory, and business considerations associated with these specialized asset classes.
Before joining Ice Miller, Tyler maintained a similar real estate-focused practice, representing clients in commercial acquisitions, financing transactions, and land use matters. He regularly appeared before municipal bodies on zoning and development issues and advised businesses on a variety of corporate and operational matters.
Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from Purdue University and earned his juris doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
