As Ice Miller’s Director of Financial Operations, Vic oversees financial processes, such as billing and collections, bringing efficiency, ensuring timely reporting, and driving revenue growth for the firm.

His attention to detail and compelling communication across teams, partners, and practice groups has resulted in him becoming a trusted leader within the firm who provides exceptional internal and external client service.

Prior to joining Ice Miller, Vic held leadership roles at New York City-based law firms, where he managed large teams and was responsible for multi-million-dollar billing portfolios.
