Wesley Davis

Wesley Davis is an attorney in Ice Miller’s Workplace Solutions Group, focusing his practice on workers’ compensation.

Before transitioning to a career in law, Wesley was an English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher at one of the leading educational institutes in Japan and worked as an area trainer for the organization, where he developed innovative programs and trained new employees.

Prior to joining Ice Miller, Wesley was a Compensation, Governance, and ERISA associate at a multinational law firm based in New York City, having started as a summer associate focusing on mergers & acquisitions.
