Angie Mendenhall

Angie Mendenhall is Of Counsel in Ice Miller’s Real Estate, Environmental & Energy Law (REEL) Group, assisting clients with complex commercial and multi-family property transactions.

Prior to joining Ice Miller, Angie served as general counsel to an Indianapolis-based affordable and student housing developer and has also served as counsel to a large commercial REIT and a developer of healthcare properties. In these roles, she gained experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating documents and agreements related to the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of retail, healthcare, and multi-family projects. She assisted clients across all phases of such projects, from initial negotiation of transactions through closings and lease occupancies.
