Caroline Pontius-Powers

Caroline is an associate in Ice Miller’s Business Group, where she focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate finance, and general corporate matters. She represents a broad range of clients across a variety of industries, including private equity funds, mezzanine debt funds, independent sponsors, family offices, and privately held businesses.

Caroline earned her juris doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and graduated from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing.
