Christopher Kashman

Partner

Chris Kashman is a partner in Ice Miller’s Public Finance Group where he serves as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, and borrower’s counsel for financings including single and multifamily housing facilities. Additionally, Chris has served as bond counsel for governments and governmental issuers on a variety of tax-exempt state and municipal bond issues including economic development, solid waste disposal facilities, and state revolving loan fund bonds.

Chris served as majority counsel for the Indiana Senate for numerous legislative sessions, an experience that continues to strengthen his state and local government practice covering matters ranging from home rule concepts and local government finance to Indiana’s Access to Public Records Act.
