Collin Harrington is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate, Environmental & Energy Law (REEL) Group, where he assists clients in structuring real estate development capital stacks involving debt, equity, public financing, tax credits, and abatements to optimize project financing. He supports clients by researching and evaluating local, state and federal incentive tools, assisting with the preparation of financial analyses, and helping structure development strategies for real estate and business projects.

He works with senior attorneys on matters involving TIFs, tax credits, and public-private partnerships, 
contributing to the due diligence and documentation needed to advance complex deals.

Collin earned his juris doctorate from Cleveland State University College of Law. Prior to his legal career, he interned with United States Senator Rob Portman and served as both a legal assistant for a boutique law firm in the Columbus area and as a Law Clerk at a Cleveland-based real estate investing platform.

Outside of the office, Collin is either refining his golf game or hitting the slopes on his snowboard. A lifelong Clevelander, he enjoys rooting for Cleveland sports teams and supports Ohio State University athletics.
