Ice Miller is proud to announce that Philadelphia attorney Lindsey McElhatten has been named to the 2027 Pennsylvania Rising Stars list.

Lindsey is recognized for her work representing clients in construction and commercial disputes across the firm's construction litigation practice.

What Is the Pennsylvania Rising Stars List?

To be eligible for inclusion in Rising Stars, a candidate must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less. While up to five percent of the lawyers in the state are named to Super Lawyers, no more than 2.5 percent are named to the Rising Stars list.

About Lindsey McElhatten

Lindsey McElhatten is an associate in Ice Miller’s Litigation practice. She represents clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including construction, commercial, and consumer-related matters and brings experience handling complex disputes in both state courts and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Lindsey served as a law clerk to the Honorable Stacey D. Adams of the New Jersey Superior Court. In that role, she drafted judicial opinions and research memoranda addressing complex legal issues, including jurisdictional disputes, statutes of limitation, privacy law, and third-party intervention matters. She also assisted in mediating civil disputes and preparing settlement agreements.
