Ellen L. De Rosa

Ellen De Rosa serves as Ice Miller’s Chief Administrative Officer, where she oversees the firm's administrative support functions and works closely with leadership to align myriad relevant operational processes and technologies with the firm’s strategic goals. Additionally, Ellen spearheads the firm’s critical records management functions and helps implement workflow processes that ensure efficiency and consistency across all of Ice Miller’s nationwide offices.

Prior to her role as chief administrative officer, Ellen was the firm’s Chief of Pricing, Knowledge, and LPM, earning her Accredited Legal Pricing Professional (ALPP) designation in 2021. She previously held leading roles at Sara Lee Corporation and Chock Full of Nuts Inc. where she served as controller and senior systems manager, respectively.

Ellen is a graduate of Seton Hall University’s W. Paul Stillman School of Business, where she received a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a major in accounting. Ellen volunteers at her local church as a ministry head and has served on the board of directors for a not-for-profit.
