Georgina Kim is a Client Relationship Manager at Ice Miller, serving as a strategic bridge between the firm’s Life Sciences and Asia-Pacific practices. She works closely with Ice Miller lawyers and clients on cross-border collaborations, licensing, strategic collaboration, and market-entry initiatives between United States and Asia-based companies across the biopharmaceutical, health care, med-tech, diagnostics, technology, and digital innovation sectors—helping clients build sustainable strategies and long-term value.
At Ice Miller, Georgina also leads client-oriented insight development, producing high-level market intelligence and strategic reports that inform business decisions for global executives. As a speaker and thought leader, she delivers talks on enhancing client value, fostering sustainable growth, and building resilient partnerships across borders.
Before joining Ice Miller, Georgina worked at the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) in New York, where she supported Korean health care and biotechnology companies expanding into the United States market and led the agency’s Bio Desk program—an integrated platform connecting investors, research institutions, and health care innovators. Earlier in her career, she managed business development and retail operations at Line Corporation in New York, overseeing global brand partnerships, merchandising strategy, and cross-border licensing initiatives.
