Hayley E. Kick

Hayley Kick is an associate in Ice Miller’s Litigation practice group. Drawing upon her experience inside and outside the courtroom, she works closely with her clients to understand their needs and to develop practical strategies to resolve disputes in the most effective manner that meets those needs.

Prior to joining Ice Miller, Hayley was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable David M. Gormley in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas where she helped draft dozens of judicial decisions on civil litigation matters impacting both individuals and businesses. She also gained first-hand experience assisting Judge Gormley behind the scenes to conduct trials and hearings.

Hayley also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable George C. Smith in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio where she gained valuable insight into the mechanics of researching and drafting judicial decisions at the federal level.
