James McDonough is an associate in Ice Miller’s Business Group, where he concentrates on private equity mergers and acquisitions. He serves a broad range of clients, including private companies, private equity firms and start-ups in a variety of industries.
Prior to joining Ice Miller, he was general counsel for a holding company for consumer brands.
James received his juris doctor from Cardozo School of Law, where he was an articles editor of the Cardozo Arts and Entertainment Law Journal. Prior to law school, James earned his Bachelor of Arts, from Trinity College - Hartford.
James is admitted to practice law in the state of New York.
