Katie J. Marschke

Katie Marschke is a partner in Ice Miller’s Real Estate, Environmental & Energy Law (REEL) Group. She counsels and represents market-rate and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) developers acquire, sell, and finance mixed-use and multifamily residential projects across the country. Katie assists clients in all phases of a project, including initial negotiation of the purchase agreement, structuring the transaction, negotiating construction loans and permanent financing with commercial lenders and agencies such as Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and quarterbacking complex LIHTC transactions.

Katie graduated magna cum laude and received her juris doctor from Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law in 2013, and received her Bachelor of Science in hospitality and tourism management with a focus was restaurant management, from Purdue University in 2009, graduating with high distinction.
