Kayla J. Goodfellow is a seasoned trial lawyer who represents businesses and individuals in complex civil litigation. With nearly two decades of experience, she is known for delivering strategic, results-driven advocacy and guiding clients through high-stakes disputes from early case assessment through trial and appeal.

Kayla maintains an active litigation practice and has substantial experience presenting cases to juries. Her courtroom experience shapes the way she approaches every matter—from developing persuasive trial themes and distilling complex issues for jurors to positioning cases for efficient and favorable resolution when it serves her clients’ interests.

Her practice includes a wide range of complex civil matters, including insurance coverage, premises liability, construction and contractor liability, professional liability, personal injury, and other high-exposure disputes.

Kayla brings extensive knowledge of risk transfer and insurance-related issues that frequently arise in complex disputes. She regularly analyzes insurance coverage, contractual indemnity, and additional insured provisions, helping clients understand how risk is allocated and how those provisions may affect litigation strategy and potential exposure.
