Kelly Farrow is a paralegal in Ice Miller’s Intellectual Property Group. She brings more than 15 years of experience managing domestic and international patent and trademark prosecution matters, supporting attorneys and clients through all stages of the intellectual property lifecycle. Kelly is known for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to responsive client service.

Kelly manages complex patent and trademark portfolios, including U.S. and international filings, docket maintenance, prosecution support, and coordination with foreign associates. She prepares and files patent and trademark applications, Information Disclosure Statements, assignments, declarations, powers of attorney, and other prosecution-related documents. She also serves as a primary client contact, providing updates on portfolio status, filing requirements, and critical deadlines.

Kelly earned a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics, magna cum laude, from the University of Arizona and a paralegal certificate in Corporate Law from Meredith College’s ABA-Approved Legal Assistants Program. She has been a North Carolina Certified Paralegal since 2005.
