Kelsey L. Bouaichi

Litigation Attorney

Kelsey Bouaichi is a litigation attorney in Ice Miller’s Litigation group. She represents clients in a wide range of civil matters, overseeing all phases of litigation, from drafting pleadings and conducting discovery to preparing and arguing motions, attending hearings and mediation, and negotiating favorable settlements.

Prior to joining Ice Miller, Kelsey served as an associate attorney at a Florida-based law firm where she handled civil and family law matters, including contract disputes, litigation defense, divorce proceedings, and adoptions. She also worked as legal counsel at a global property and casualty insurer, focusing on defense litigation involving automobile accidents, products liability, and construction accidents.

Kelsey earned a juris doctor from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where she served as a member of the Business Law Association and the Staton Intramural Moot Court team. During law school, she worked as a consumer litigation law clerk for the Office of the Indiana Attorney General.
