Kevin G. Hroblak

Kevin Hroblak, Managing Partner of Ice Miller’s Baltimore, Maryland office, is an accomplished litigator and trial lawyer with decades of experience advising clients on a broad array of business litigation, governance, and restructuring matters. He regularly serves as lead trial counsel in complex matters tried in federal and state courts and in arbitrations nationwide, particularly in cases where governance, fiduciary responsibility, restructuring, and/or substantial financial exposure are involved. Kevin has built a reputation for simplifying complex governance and financial issues and driving successful outcomes in cases where the stakes are significant and trial performance is decisive.

Kevin represents companies, boards of directors, special committees, trustees, creditors, and independent fiduciaries in litigation and investigations.
