Maria Kotsiras

Associate

Maria Kotsiras is an associate in the firm's Bankruptcy & Restructuring group. She focuses her practice primarily on complex commercial restructurings in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. She has represented a range of clients through the Chapter 11 process, such as corporate debtors, secured lenders, official committees of unsecured creditors, asset purchasers and trustees, and other significant parties in various bankruptcy court proceedings.

Maria earned her juris doctor, cum laude, from the Widener University Delaware Law School, where she served on the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and was part of the Transactional Law Honors Society. She also served as the Honorable Thomas L. Ambro Fellow for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
