Megan Ryther is a partner in Ice Miller’s Business group. She concentrates her practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Ice Miller, Megan worked in the Academic and Membership Affairs group at the NCAA where she primarily focused on student-athlete reinstatement issues and served as a liaison to the Division I Committee on Student-Athlete Reinstatement. Megan also previously practiced at two law firms in Milwaukee and Chicago where she represented clients in national and multinational mergers and acquisitions and advised clients on federal securities laws, regulatory, compliance and general corporate matters.
