Megan James

Megan James is a human resource professional responsible for developing and executing Ice Miller’s human resource strategy in support of the organization’s overall business plan and strategic direction. She is also in charge of implementing talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and total rewards strategies.

As Ice Miller’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Megan provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders, and the board of directors.
