Mike is a seasoned trial lawyer who represents clients across the country in state and federal court as well as before the American Arbitration Association (AAA). He focuses on a wide range of commercial litigation matters, handling construction disputes, breach of contract claims, facilities management litigation, and business claims. He also provides strategic counsel to clients on contract negotiation, commercial lease negotiations, and construction contracts with a particularized focus in dispute avoidance during construction projects.
Mike frequently represents clients across the country before the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission (OSHRC). He also counsels clients on Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) enforcement response strategies and assists with negotiation and resolution of citations prior to litigation. Mike also regularly presents on new and emerging issues in OSHA rulemaking and enforcement in the construction industry.
