Mike Flint serves private, government and non-profit clients by acting as a project manager for economic development related projects. His focus has been on innovative and complex federal, state, and local economic development incentive procurement and related project financing for various levels of economic development and infrastructure projects.  

With over 25 years of project management, Mike has worked on procuring of all levels of public funds, project procurement, project funding, tax credits, loan guarantees, TIF financing, incentives and financing along with assisting with regulatory hurdles. His primary sector of focus is on real estate development (affordable housing, student housing, single-family and commercial), business relocations and expansions resulting in new capital investment, job creation, workforce training initiatives; agriculture, transportations, brownfield – redevelopment and re-investment; expanded research and development investment; energy efficiency and renewable energy project investment.
