Ice Miller associate Brian Korman has been named to the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) University Class of 2024. Korman, based in the firm’s Philadelphia office, is part of Ice Miller’s Business Group, where he focuses his practice on private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions and complex corporate transactions.

Founded in Philadelphia in 2010, ACG University is an exclusive, in-depth networking and educational initiative for deal professionals. The Class of 2024 consists of approximately 40 up-and-coming M&A dealmakers, each of whom was carefully selected and invited to participate. This executive education style program immerses emerging deal professionals in a seven-course program spanning the life cycle of a deal from sourcing to exits.  

Upon completion of the program, Korman will become part of an ACGU alumni network of 650 dealmakers in the Philadelphia area, and more than 15,000 dealmakers spanning the globe.
