Ice Miller associate Carly Ringlespaugh has been selected for the 2025–2026 class of the Emerging Leaders Project, a year-long leadership development program created to engage and activate up-and-coming Democrats who have the potential and interest in becoming elected officials, campaign staff, and party leaders in Indiana.

Ringlespaugh is a member of the firm’s Government Affairs & Regulatory Law Group, where she utilizes her deep understanding of clients’ needs to anticipate relevant opportunities and challenges as they develop in the fast-paced and quick-twitch political arena. She helps clients navigate both the Indiana executive and legislative branches. Her insight into the processes and players impacting business on a local, state, and national scale position her to help clients through the churning rapids of lobbying, policy development, and passage so that they may achieve their most important business goals.

Founded in 2011, the Emerging Leaders Project was created to bring more young people into the Democratic Party and into public service. Since its founding, the program has trained hundreds of Hoosier Democrats in campaigning, policy, and politics. Alumni include state legislators, local elected officials, campaign staff, and party leaders.
