This award celebrates the incredible impact, commitment, and values-driven work of our business professionals each quarter—and Liz represents the heart of what the One Ice Award celebrates. Her resilience, resourcefulness, and inspiring leadership, paired with her unwavering dedication to the firm’s core tenets, make her a shining example of excellence and integrity.

A quintessential team player, Liz joined Ice Miller in January 2001 as a Legal Secretary in the Business Group and has continued to grow and lead by example for the last two decades. Most recently, she played a pivotal role in the successful launch of our Cleveland office, where she became, by all accounts, the glue holding everything together, from high-level tasks to the little things, and everything in between.
