How long have you been at the firm?
I have been at the firm for two months.
What was your criteria in selecting your current firm?
A growth mindset, long-term strategic planning, and fixed, discernable goals. Josh Christie, the firm’s managing partner, and George Gasper, head of litigation, are definitively committed to this. The firm’s leadership is aware that the market has changed, and you can no longer simply wait to pick up the phone. Clients and other allies need to know your capabilities and what you’re doing to improve the practice and their bottom lines.
