Gasper has been practicing law for more than 20 years, representing clients across diverse industries, from software and healthcare to higher education and consumer goods. He is known for his strategic problem-solving, courtroom skills, and collaborative approach to resolving complex legal disputes. Under his leadership, Ice Miller’s litigation practice has expanded in both depth and national reach.

Beyond the courtroom, Gasper is a respected community leader. He has served on the Board of Heritage Place of Indianapolis, supported College Mentors for Kids, and is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association. He has also spent more than a decade mentoring young athletes while coaching youth baseball.
