Ice Miller is pleased to announce that partner Charles Bush II has been named a Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellow for 2024. Bush is a partner in the firm’s Workplace Solutions Group, where his practice focuses on helping clients avoid disputes in all issues related to labor and employment, as well as counseling employers as they navigate difficult day-to-day decisions.

This landmark program created by the LCLD was established to identify, train, and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession.

The LCLD Fellows Program offers participants a year-long, in-depth program devoted to relationship-building, in-person training, peer group projects and extensive contact with LCLD’s top leadership.

Kishala Srivastava, a lawyer in Ice Miller’s Litigation Group whose practice focuses on financial services litigation and counseling, is the firm’s 2024 LCLD Pathfinder. The Pathfinder Program is designed to train high-performing, early-career lawyers in critical career development strategies, including leadership and the building of professional networks.
