Ice Miller is pleased to announce that Monika Calamita has been named a Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellow for 2025. Calamita is a partner in Ice Miller’s Public Finance practice group, focusing on public finance transactions, including charter school financings, direct loan financing, publicly and privately offered financings and lease transaction financings.

The LCLD Fellows Program offers high-potential, mid-career attorneys from diverse backgrounds the opportunity to develop leadership skills and build meaningful relationships within the legal profession. Since its inception, the program has built a reputation for helping launch participants into top legal positions.

Abby DeMare and Masallay Komrabai-Kanu have been selected as the firm’s 2025 LCLD Pathfinders. DeMare serves as an associate in the firm’s Indianapolis office as a member of the Litigation Practice Group. Komrabai-Kanu, based in the firm’s Columbus office is an associate in Ice Miller’s Workplace Solutions Group.

The Pathfinder Program offers early-career attorneys the practical tools for developing and leveraging internal professional networks, leadership skills, and an understanding of career development strategies.

In recent years, several Ice Miller lawyers have been selected to participate in the LCLD Fellowship and Pathfinder Programs, including 2024 Fellow Charles Bush and 2024 Pathfinder Kishala Srivastava.
