Ice Miller Announces 2026 LCLD Pathfinder Participants
Ice Miller is pleased to announce that associates Nancy Kartos and Libby Moyer have been named Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Pathfinders for 2026. The Pathfinder Program offers high-potential, early-career attorneys the opportunity to learn from top leaders in the legal profession while gaining foundational leadership skills and relationship-building resources.
Based in the firm’s New York office, Kartos is a member of the Business group representing clients in a variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions and technology licensing.
Moyer works in the Litigation practice group out of Ice Miller’s Chicago office. In addition to her litigation work, Moyer devotes time to pro bono efforts and bar association activities.
The LCLD Pathfinder Program offers emerging leaders who have distinguished themselves within their organizations practical tools for developing and leveraging internal professional networks, leadership skills, and an understanding of career development strategies. In addition to the exclusive leadership and professional development curriculum that is unique to the program, participants will have several opportunities throughout the year to meet and interact with their peers.
In recent years, several Ice Miller lawyers have been selected to participate in the LCLD Fellowship and Pathfinder programs, including Abby DeMare, Masallay Komrabai-Kanu, Charles Bush, and Kishala Srivastava.
