Lindsey McElhatten

Associate

Lindsey McElhatten is an associate in Ice Miller’s Litigation Practice. She represents clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including construction, commercial, and consumer-related matters and brings experience handling complex disputes in both state courts and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Lindsey served as a law clerk to the Honorable Stacey D. Adams of the New Jersey Superior Court. In that role, she drafted judicial opinions and research memoranda addressing complex legal issues, including jurisdictional disputes, statutes of limitation, privacy law, and third-party intervention matters. She also assisted in mediating civil disputes and preparing settlement agreements.

Lindsey earned her juris doctor, cum laude, from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where she was a member of the Order of Barristers, a Dean’s List honoree, and a member of the moot court team. She received regional recognition in the New York Bar Moot Court Competition, including honors for best brief and runner-up performance.
